How to use:

2. Ensure surfaces to be treated are dry, clean and free of residues.

3. Product is to be applied without thinning.

4. Generously saturate the surface with product using a low-pressure hand spray, a clean brush, or similar. Surface should have a mirror-like wet look for 3-5 seconds. Avoid contact with surrounding areas.

5. When the surface becomes touch dry, or a minimum of 10 minutes, repeat Step 4. Total application rate is approximately one litre per two to 25 sq. metres (20 to 250 sq. feet per quart) depending on absorption.

6. When the surface becomes touch dry, or a minimum of 10 minutes, to allow the product to penetrate into the surface, polish surface with a clean white dry cloth to remove excess product. If you have waited too long and the product has begun to cure and has become more difficult to remove, moistening the cloth with STAIN-PROOF Original™ should ease polishing.

7. Use an organic solvent e.g. methylated spirits to clean equipment. Once cured, this product is food contact safe.

8. Sealer will not prevent surface etching, scuff marks or wear and may lighten or darken some surfaces. STAIN-PROOF Original™ will make the maintenance and cleaning of a treated surface much easier. Once cured, this product is food contact safe.

Precautions: Do not take internally. Apply when surface temperature is between 5 - 35ºC(40 - 95ºF). Avoid moisture contact with the surface for six hours after application. Protect surrounding areas from over-spray. Keep away from drains, plants, water and soil. Use only in well-ventilated areas. Use a positive pressure respirator if ventilation is inadequate. Wear suitable solvent-resistant gloves, protective clothing, safety goggles and an organic vapour respirator during application. Avoid applying in windy conditions. Wash hands thoroughly.

Active content: 50 per cent active content in alcohol.

Storage: Use product within 12 months of purchase. Keep container tightly sealed, in a cool well-ventilated place. It is recommended that this product is best used within seven days from opening to avoid possible spoilage. Product is freeze-thaw stable.

Typical applications: ENHANCE-PLUS™ is suitable for a wide variety of applications, including building facades, floors, walls, patios, garages, kitchens and entertaining areas.

Benefits: ENHANCE-PLUS™ provides deep enrichment of natural colour; hides scratches, efflorescence and imperfections; repels stains and soiling for easier cleaning; is able to make surfaces more resistant to acid etching; is ideal for indoor or outdoor use; has up to 90 per cent water exclusion vs control after 24 hours immersion (ASTM C 642 and ASTM C 67) and 86 per cent water exclusion vs control after 3 days immersion (NCHRP 244); on concrete pavers is classified as class W - low risk of slipping when surface wet (AS/NZS.4586); is suitable for alkaline and neutral substrates; and is backed by a 5 year warranty.

Warranty: A 5-YEAR PERFORMANCE WARRANTY is offered when ENHANCE-PLUS™ is applied by an accredited applicator following our written instructions and maintained regularly using our recommended maintenance system. Spills should still be cleaned up immediately to minimise absorption.

Application rate: Total application rate is approximately one litre per five to 10 sq. metres (50 to 100 sq. feet per quart) depending on absorption.

How to use:

2. Ensure surfaces to be treated are dry, clean and free of residues.

3. Product is to be applied without thinning.

5. Allow 30 minutes for product to penetrate surface then wipe or polish surface with a clean white dry cloth to thoroughly remove excess product.

6. Apply additional applications if a darker appearance is required, waiting a minimum of 24 hours between coats.

7. Clean equipment with organic solvents e.g. methylated spirits. Once cured, this product is food contact safe.

Note: ENHANCE-PLUS™ will resist but not prevent surface etching or wear and may lighten or darken some surfaces. It may be applied over a surface that has been treated with a Dry-Treat impregnating sealer a minimum of 24 hours after the treatment and the surface has been scrubbed with a scourer, or similar. Alternatively, to obtain additional protection from oil-based stains STAIN-PROOF™ may be applied over a ENHANCE-PLUS™ surface a minimum of 24 hours after the treatment.

ADVANCED APPLICATION HINTS:

On some surfaces that require additional applications of ENHANCE-PLUS™ the minimum waiting time between coats may be reduced to 6 hours. The user should test their particular surface to ensure the desired result.

If after a few days the treated surface is still a little "sticky" then the last of the excess can be polished off with a soft cloth and methylated spirits.

Active content: A 40 per cent active content mixture blended into a odorless and harmless non-water based solvent. VOC content meets US EPA < 100 grams per Litre (Method 24, excluding water and exempt compounds). Fulfils LEEDS requirements. Compliant with EU VOC Directives 2004/42/CE and 1999/13/EC and Environmental Protection Department Hong Kong SAR Government 2007 Regulations.

Pack size: One Quart (946 mL) and Gallon (3.79 L) containers.

Typical application: Skavenja™ is ideal for both vertical and horizontal porous surfaces that require cement grout haze or efflorescence or rust stain removal. Eliminates the need to use conventional strong acid cleaning. It has a typical pH of 11 to 12.5.

Benefits: Suitable for all natural stone, tiles, pavers, masonry, concrete and grout. Perfect for acid sensitive surfaces including polished and unpolished marble, limestone, travertine and concrete. Multi-purpose water dilutable cleaner - removes grime, grease, rust and soiling. The gel makes vertical and horizontal applications easier and allows a longer dwell time on the surface.

Application rate: 1 gallon (3.79 L) may be mixed with up to 5 gallons (18.9 L) of clean water to treat approximately 1000 sq.ft. (100 sq.m.) of grout haze or efflorescence, depending on the of amount of haze or efflorescene and surface adsorption.

How to use:

1. ALWAYS TEST PRODUCT ON A SMALL AREA FIRST to determine the ease of application, amount of dilution needed and desired results.

2. Sweep or vacuum all loose dust and dirt from the surface.

3. Pre-wet the surface with water and remove any excess.

4. Apply Skavenja™ to surface undiluted or pour into a bucket one part Skavenja™ and 1 to 5 parts clean warm water, depending on strength required, and thoroughly stir for 60 seconds. Generously apply with a spatula, mop or sprayer and leave for 5 to 10 minutes. Do not allow to dry on surface. Lightly scrub surface with brush or machine. Repeat application as required.

Advanced tips:

1. Skavenja™ is able to remove iron and clay stains off most surfaces. It does this by forming insoluble complexes with these particles, which are then rinsed away with water.

2. Skavenja™ qualifies for LEED 2009 IEQ Credit 3.3: Green Cleaning - Purchase of Substainable Cleaning Products and Materials 1 Point.

Safety directions: DO NOT smoke. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Avoid breathing vapor or spray mist.

First Aid: If swallowed, contact a physician. DO NOT induce vomiting. If skin contact occurs remove contaminated clothing and wash skin thoroughly. If irritation persists, contact a physician. If in eyes, hold open, flood with water for at least 15 minutes and contact a physician. If breathed vapors or mist relocate to fresh air. If symptoms persist contact a physician.

Accidents: Fire – use foam, water spray, CO2 and dry powder. Spillage – take up mechanically or with absorbent material such as sand or saw dust.

Allow new grout installations to cure for a minimum of 1. Mask any surfaces not intended to be treated. 2. Liberally apply an even coat using a paint pad, roller or brush. DO NOT APPLY PRODUCT WITH SPRAYER. 3. Allow sealer to penetrate the surface for 15–30 minutes. During this time, distribute sealer over entire area to ensure even penetration. Remove excess sealer by wiping entire surface thoroughly with clean, dry towels. 4. A second coat may be needed for porous, absorbent surfaces and should be applied 30–40 minutes after initial application as directed in steps 2–3. 5. 15–30 minutes after final application, wipe entire surface with clean dry towels to remove any excess sealer. To remove residue, reapply a thin coat of sealer, allow to dwell for 2–3 minutes, agitate with a white nylon pad and 6. A full cure is achieved after 24–72 hours; foot traffic may begin in 6–8 hours. If foot traffic must resume sooner, cover the floor with red rosin paper to protect it until full cure has been achieved. 7. Clean tools with water.

If excess sealer was not completely wiped off and a residue appears, wipe entire surface with a towel dampened with sealer. Use a white nylon scrubbing pad to loosen residue and follow with white absorbent towel to remove. 8. Full cure is achieved after 24–72 hours; foot traffic may begin in 6–8 hours. Cover with red rosin paper if foot traffic must resume before the recommended time periods have passed.
9. Rags and equipment that are wet with product may be combustible. Clean up promptly after job is complete. Clean equipment with mineral spirits and allow to dry in a well-ventilated area. Allow rags to dry in a well-ventilate

DO NOT USE A POWER SPRAYER. Power sprayers increase exposure hazard. Power sprayers also create a significant amount of overspray resulting in wasted product and the need for additional clean-up. A pump-up garden sprayer For small jobs, use a paint pad, roller or brush. Trigger spray bottles are not recommended. Trigger sprayers create overspray and may not give a uniform application. Better results will be obtained using a pad, roller or brush. For larger jobs, use a pump-up garden sprayer available at your local garden center, hardware store, or home improvement center. Allow new grout installations to cure for a minimum of 72 hours prior to application. Make sure surface is clean, free of waxes, coatings, and previous sealers, and is dry for 24–72 hours. Surface temperature should be between 50°F and 80°F. Ensure that the area is well-ventilated during application and until the surface is dry. Keep children and pets out of the area until foot traffic resumes.

1. Mask off any surfaces not intended to be treated.

2. Liberally apply an even coat using a paint pad, roller, brush, or pump-up garden sprayer. Do not use a power sprayer, towel, or sponge for application. Do not thin before using. See Method of Application for more instructions.

3. Allow sealer to penetrate surface for 15–20 minutes. Denser material may require more time to penetrate. DO NOT ALLOW EXCESS SEALER TO DRY ON SURFACE. Failure to remove excess sealer from surface may result in residue that may need to be mechanically removed.

4. Thoroughly wipe surface with multiple dry cloths to remove all excess sealer.

5. A second coat may be needed for more absorbent surfaces. If darker appearance is required, sealer should be applied one hour after initial application, as directed in steps 2–4.

6. Full cure is achieved after 24–72 hours. Avoid foot traffic for 6–8 hours after application. If foot traffic must resume sooner, cover the floor with red rosin paper to protect it until full cure has been achieved. Red rosin paper is not needed to apply second coat.

7. Clean equipment with mineral spirits. Rags and equipment that are wet with product may be flammable. Clean up promptly after job is complete. Clean equipment with mineral spirits and allow to dry in a well-ventilated area. Allow rags to dry in a well-ventilated area out of reach of children and pets. When dry, dispose of in accordance with local waste disposal regulations.

Be sure all surfaces to be cleaned are swept or vacuumed to remove loose debris. Heavy duty dilution may darken some surfaces. This acid-based cleaner will etch or damage most marble, limestone and travertine surfaces. Will etch or corrode most metal surfaces. Avoid skin and eye contact. Wear protective eyewear, gloves, long sleeves, and long pants while handling product. Ensure work area is well- ventilated during application and until surface is dry. Keep children and pets out of the area during application and drying.

Dilute concentrated cleaner with warm water according to the following mixing chart:

1. Apply mixed solution with a clean mop, towel, sponge or sprayer. Avoid applying cleaner on unintended surfaces.
2. Lightly rub with a scrub brush or floor machine as needed.
3. Remove solution using a sponge, wet/dry vacuum or damp mop.
4. Rinse area well with clean water and wipe dry. Thoroughly rinse all metal surfaces with clean water.
5. Reseal cleaned area with a DuPontTM StoneTech® Professional sealer.

2. Apply sealer evenly and liberally using a paint pad, roller or brush. DO NOT APPLY PRODUCT WITH A SPRAYER.

3. Allow sealer to penetrate the surface for 15–30 minutes while spreading excess sealer over entire area for even penetration. Remove excess sealer by wiping surface thoroughly with clean,

4. Apply second coat as needed for porous, absorbent surfaces 30–40 minutes after first coat, following directions in steps 2–3.

5. 15–30 minutes after final application, wipe entire surface with clean, dry towels to remove any excess sealer. To remove any residue, reapply a thin coat of sealer, wait 2–3 minutes, then rub lightly with a white nylon pad. Wipe again thoroughly with clean, dry towels.

6. A full cure is achieved after 24–72 hours. Foot traffic may begin in 6–8 hours. If needed sooner, cover floor with red rosin paper to protect it until full cure is achieved.

7. Clean tools used during application with water.
